Itinerary Part 1 - Quito
✅ Day 1 December 23rd.- Spanish Classes 3 hours.
Visit the Market “La Mariscal”, visit “El Panecillo” at night.
✅ Day 2 December 24th.- Spanish Classes 3 hours. Tour to Old Town Quito. Special Christmas Dinner (according to the type of accommodation selected).
Optional activity: You are welcome to join us at midnight for the Mass at the Basilica Church. At midnight, there is a big ceremony where there is a representation of the birth of Christ. After the mass dancers, musicians, and people celebrate outside the church.
✅ Day 3 December 25th.- Free.
✅ Day 4 December 26th.- Spanish Classes 3 hours
Visit the monument of the Middle of the world.
✅ Day 5 December 27th.- Spanish Classes 3 hours
Visit La Capilla del Hombre.
Itinerary Part 2 - Otavalo
✅ Day 6 December 28th.- Visit Otavalo.
➤ First stop will be at "Quitsato" where there is a monument to Mitad del Mundo.
➤ Second stop will be in Cayambe, we will observe the preparation of the famous “bizcocho” (a type of bread) and we will taste it with a delicious coffee.
➤ Third stop: We will observe Lake San Pablo and the Imbabura Volcano.
➤ Fourth stop: We will make a tour of approximately 2 hours, through the famous craft market "Mercado del Poncho".
➤ Last, we will make a tour to the famous Peguche Waterfall.
➤ Stay the night on Otavalo.
➤ Meals included: Lunch and Dinner (Menu of the day).
✅ Day 7 December 29th.- Otavalo
➤ Boat tour of the Cuicocha Lagoon.
➤ Return to Quito.
➤ Meals included:Breakfast and Lunch ( Menu of the Day).
Itinerary Part 3 - Quito
✅ Day 8 December 30th.- Spanish Classes 3 hours.
Visit the Teleferico.
✅ Day 9 December 31st.- Spanish Classes 3 hours.
Making of “Monigote”, an Ecuadorian tradition where we make like a big doll to burn all the bad from the year, at midnight.
Visit Amazonas Street to see the Monigotes Contest.
Special New Year's Eve dinner (according to the type of accommodation selected).
Itinerary Part 4 - Papallacta, Quito
✅ Day 10 January 1st.-Tour to Papallacta.
To begin the New Year in Ecuador, it is known that freshwater helps for a good start. For this reason, Papallacta Hot Springs is a wonderful place to stop by.
➤ We leave in the morning from Quito and as soon as you arrive at the pools relax and enjoy the hot springs.
➤ Hike through nearby trails of the Cayambe-Coca National Park.
➤ Return to Quito after dinner.
➤ Meals included:Lunch and Dinner (Menu of the day).
✅ Day 11 January 2nd.- Spanish Classes 3 hours.
Visit the Modern Area of Quito, Visit “ Jardin Botanico".
✅ Day 12 January 3rd.- Spanish Classes 3 hours.
Tour of Quito at night.
To close the program Special Dinner at “ Vista Hermosa Restaurant“.
