Quito Cultural and traditions - Spanish Immersion Course

Live the culture participating in different activities such as dancing, cooking,conversations and more. You will learn much faster the Spanish Language and in a more effective way.

Description: We present to Cultural program designed for the Spanish Immersion course, in here the Students can choose with which week they want to start their Cultural program or we can recommend one too.
Schedule: 2 hours per day in the afternoon.

First Week:
Day 1: Visit of modern Quito and the touristic area La Mariscal.
Day 2: Traditional cooking class
Day 3: Old town visit: La Alameda park, Plaza del Teatro, Plaza Grande.
Day 4: Dancing class.
Day 5: Look out Itchimbia park.
Second Week:
Day 1: Old town:change of the presidential guard. Metropolitan cultural center.
Day 2: Traditional cooking class
Day 3: Old town: Av. 24 de mayo, La Ronda and El Cumandá.
Day 4: Dancing class.
Day 5: Archaeological Nacional Museum 'Casa de la Cultura'
Third Week:
Day 1: Old town: El Tejar, commercial centers, La Merced church, San Francisco church.
Day 2: Traditional cooking class
Day 3: Visit of the Rumipamba ruins.
Day 4: Dancing class.
Day 5: Visit of Mitad del Mundo.
Fourth Week:
Day 1: Visit of the San Diego cemetery and Panecillo look out.
Day 2: Traditional cooking class
Day 3: Visit of “La Basílica” church.
Day 4: Visit of The Sangolqui Market
Day 5: Dancing class.

Quito Cultural and traditions

Quito, fascinating place that hides historical and natural treasures with many places to visit and activities for all tastes and ages. The historic center with its ancient churches, convents, houses show the fusion of indigenous and Spanish culture

Description: It does not matter which course or class you are taking if you want the option of taking Quito Cultural we have this option for you. This program is design so you can put together a weekly cultural program, choosing 1 activity from each group: 1 museum, 1 church, 1 market or plaza, 1 ecological path ,1 traditional neighborhood of Quito, 1 dance class and 1cooking class. We can recommend a program for you too.
Schedule One activity daily from Monday to Friday. 2 hours per day in the afternoon.
